If Linda McMahon and the Department of Education believe in "efficiency and accountability" (after laying off half of the department), then I'm sure they'll gladly publish a list of every position that has been eliminated and why that position is no longer needed.

It can only be named "Gulf of America" along our coast until you pass the 12 nautical mile point. Then it is international waters and becomes the "Gulf of Mexico" again.
I suggest Mexico put up buoys at the 12 mile mark with signs saying "Gulf of Mexico".
