I don't even blame you, Deviantart is a AI infested husk of what it used to be. Even the setting to "Block out AI content" doesn't even do anything half the time. (Which gets worse when it's AI NSFW of real people that bypasses maturity ratings)

I see, sorry to hear man. Hopefully you can use this as a mental note of what to avoid during comms. Your animation on this is incredible as always and one of my favorite works (next to that gun reload animation) so it sucks to hear this stuff happened behind the scenes

-with what you were given, if they were shown any sneak peeks, WIPS or storyboards to check "Hey is this what you wanted?" They can always speak up that the Kitsune looks too much like another person's character. Regardless i'm not blaming the commissioner either since it was simply miscommunication

Ouch, i didn't even realize it wasn't from the original creator. But if the commissioner didn't fully translate all too well that they wanted a design similar to what they posted (being just one single word to differentiate it) i wouldn't be too hard on yourself for it, you did what you could-
