Self-care includes making yourself a nice dinner on a Tuesday - chicken feta sausage with Tomato/Basil/Feta sauce over angel hair pasta. Fresh and summery, and also comforting.

I'm so sorry. My buddy Flynn left me too soon in 2021 from the same terrible disease. I miss him every day. They leave such an empty space behind. Condolences ❤️🩹

I knew it was coming, bc MAGA and this administration do not value women, and The Heritage Foundation hates women, but damn. The FY26 grants applications are due for submission on 2/13. The impact this will make on women and children cannot be understated. I might lose my job, but women will die.

2025 is the Year of Crochet. I feel the call to create to keep from spiraling 😔 Do I have any planned projects? Not yet. Maybe some shawls. Maybe a sweater. Maybe socks. Maybe more blankets. At this point, the crocheters on YouTube are my lifeline 🧶
