It will certainly be a multi-step process.

- Voting the current regime out
- Campaigning and pressuring with that goal
- Shifting the mood of the populace (aka destroy Fox News, support truthful news)

- Most of all, it means do not refuse the first step just because it doesn't yet reach that goal.
