Pretty much. Though, I'm willing to bet there were people on the team behind the scenes at the time who knew it was a bad idea even then, but just didn't have the agency to change it. So I would like her to get the chance at a better story, as controversial as that might be.

My primary issue with it was the handling of the jailor, but that’s probably no surprise to anyone. All in all, I want them to continue exploring the Shadowlands as a concept (which is the direction they seem to be going in) rather than sweeping it under the rug.

I honestly didn’t mind most of the SL lore, but I’m also someone who surrounds myself with a lot of TTRPG lore like D&D and Pathfinder etc, where multiple planes of existence and “afterlives” are a familiar concept. As well as being exposed to TES lore, though I’m less familiar with all of it.
