on Spotify for Artists, i used to be able to "preview" my artist profile and find any upcoming release displayed like this. unfortunately, Spotify seems to have discontinued that function, a decision which i am not a fan of. it was one of my favorite ways to share news of upcoming music.

so now, i’m posting once again that i will be releasing more than one song in the upcoming year. ideally the whole album! we’ll see what the future brings 😅

i’ve been picking up the pieces for the past handful of months, which included finally finishing and releasing “secondary” back in october. and now, i’m 23 days out from a new living situation with a couple of dear friends, and maybe finally enjoying the stability that has eluded me for so long.

2024 was unexpectedly an off year for me, as i was hoping to have an album out by now. i even posted last year about wanting to release more than one song in 2024, but unexpected life events and their subsequent detriment to my mental health derailed that.
