Just don't even consider TN as a choice. It's intentional this state scores at the bottom for YEARS in education, healthcare, and environmental protections. TN laws only protect corporations and the gov't itself, but not its citizens. You rarely hear of a citizen winning any lawsuit.

I don't know as much as I'd like about his marvelous work, but this one in particular has always intrigued me. Mostly because I've always wondered if the idea came from the Chateau de Chenonceau.

Gosh, I sure wish TN had anything REMOTELY useful and creative as this, but the building departments of every city are not close in technical strength...they don't even have an online platform to store construction or homebuilding plans--those are in the possession of the contractor until done.
