Does anyone listen to The Cycling Podcast? I can’t do it. Sometimes I forget why and put it on, then after 5 minutes Lionel Birnie starts saying how he loves the product that sponsors the show and he uses it all the time and I just think ‘you’re a fucking liar Lionel’ and turn it off.

No Dublin round of the World Cup and no Verge Cross in Clonmel means that there are no elite CX races in Ireland this season, which is a massive shame because this sport could be really popular here if it were promoted properly.
