📊 The evolution of the gap between Vingegaard and Almeida over the 15 stages of #LaVuelta25.

Most of the current advantage (48") is built on time bonuses: 40" for Vingegaard versus 20" for Almeida, and the day at Valdezcaray… where Almeida was left alone, where a teammate would have been crucial.

🌡️ Hot, humid conditions with a chance of scattered storms
💨 A breakaway is highly likely to succeed, so the first hour should be hectic and extremely fast. Everyone will want to be in it
🔥 Cumulative fatigue from the intensity and tension of the race, much of it driven by Visma’s aggressive tactics

⏱️All the time trials in which Pogačar, Vingegaard, and Evenepoel have competed against each other since 2020, including the elevation gain and gradient percentage of each, as well as the time gap in seconds per kilometre

He actually climbed better than Remco at the Dauphiné and arrives at the Tour in the form of his life.
Rodríguez is a bit of a question mark after a lackluster year and a half, but if he reaches the final week with good legs, he definitely has the level.

💥 My (admittedly unlikely) pick is Lipowitz.

... going to either a GC contender or a pure climber, like Carapaz last year. Lenny Martínez, without the pressure of riding for the GC, is a perfect candidate for this category. The outcome will largely depend on how the race develops and the makeup of the breakaways, but Martínez is my favorite.

🧵 What to expect from all the jerseys at the #TDF2025:

💚Favorites for the green jersey: Jonathan Milan, Tim Merlier, Jasper Philipsen, Biniam Girmay, Wout van Aert, Mathieu van der Poel, Tadej Pogačar.

Moschetti's action against Kooij shows us that, just like in football, the consequences are penalized rather than the actions themselves.
It's a move worthy of being thrown out of the race. If they've created a system of cards (highly improvable), it's to use the red one in a sprint like yesterday's

Jonas Vingegaard will return to racing at the #Dauphiné following his crash at Paris-Nice.

To put it into perspective: he will have spent 3 months without competing and, if he completes the Dauphiné, he will head into the Tour with 18 race days, 3 more than last year after his crash in the Itzulia.

Reflecting on the brutal #MilanoSanremo we witnessed yesterday, there's something awsome: the race's top 5 was dominated by a diverse range of cyclists.

Pure classics specialist (MVDP), time trialist (Ganna), GT rider (Pogi), punchy classics specialist (Matthews), and sprinter (Groves).

Greatness.

In previous editions of the #UAETour we’ve seen uncompetitive rides, like that unforgettable image of Philipsen running with his bike.

This year it's been a battle every day. Brutal pace, Pogacar attacking on the flat and echelons nearly every day.
Today the average speed is over 50 km/h…

🇫🇷 Seixas is impulsive, never misses a turn, and is spending a lot… But he’s also proving what we already knew: he’s not just another early bloomer—he’s a generational talent.

🎽 Here are the kits from Equipo Kern Pharma and
St Michel - Preference Home - Auber93, which have changed compared to last year.
I really like them, especially the one from the Navarrese team!
