Serious Q: Has this been an issue for the past several administrations? As much as I am not a fan of this admin, the fact that Newark is using old tech seems to be a massive infrastructure issue. Then again our national electric grid has been in need of an upgrade for this entire century.

I totally understand. My colleagues who I showed it to are still baffled. Always a learning curve.
