Is this legitimate? Who is sponsoring this action? Is there a website?

It looks phony, like agitprop from Russia China or North Korea. Without attribution it's likely a scam.

2/ #nokings There is no vulnerable "central committee" the fascists can attack. They have to come after all of us and there are more of us than that are of them.

Can a civil suit be brought against blatant executive branch Hatch Act violations? What are the enforcement mechanisms, if any? Norms and guardrails are useless against Trump authoritarianism.

The Dems are only as powerless as they believe. For many Dems, being the minority party is just a rationalization for being feckless and passively complicit. Some Dems cynically avoid obstructing and resisting the Trump regime. And thus they enable the slide into fascism.

Indeed! But the founders' intention failed, presidential elections dictate party politics at all levels of govt, money drives the parties and, thanks to Citizens United, both parties are beholden to the oligarchy. The Dems aren't different from the GOP in this regards; the GOP just more ruthless.

But the majority does NOT get government it wants. The electoral college system, in many states a winner-takes-all proposition, not only distorts the will of the people in choosing the president but it also locks in a two-party system, suppressing the emergence of any other national third parties.

We're not in a political crisis; this is an existential crisis. Some Senate Dems helped confirm many of the Trump nominees now dismantling our government. ballotpedia.org/How_senators...

The DNC is not leading the political resistance to Trump's tyranny, it is mostly protecting its rice bowl.
