This puts the onus on ICE to prove they have not broken the law if they claim that a person was an escape risk. Not only does it require ICE to pause before arresting someone but they have to show evidence which requires investigating beforehand and they aren't interested in doing that.

The problems are systemic as Noem herself said today- she acted upon the direction of T and M. The problems won't go away until fundamental change happens. Naming names is something but this is so much bigger than that.

It's going to take more than $ to stop Him. States need to start sending their National Guardsmen in to back locales that are being bullied by our government. We need to join hands for right and cover each other's backs. Minnesota can't be expected to fight for all of us on their own!
