Not "most" of the music, but some of the most iconic and important ones (it was a very collaborative effort, even though Toby Fox probably has the most soundtracks)
I've previously thought that Toby and Bowman were in good terms, but recent revelations show the opposite...

Yeah, definitely worrying. Toby probably doesn't know much about what happened to Homestuck after 2016 (which involves nasty things like NDAs, legal threats, and lawsuits!) Wish he could quietly fulfill his contract and then run away as fast as he can, since I really want Deltarune to be finished...

Thankfully, Toby has learned from Hussie's mistakes and thus his communication with the UT/DR fandom is very clear, and he's 100% transparent on who's working for him or not. Toby might have some unclean history from the past, but most of the problem should be attributed to Hussie at this point...

Aside from Toby though, the most important thing is that this sort of pattern has been repeating with Hussie for more than a decade. Hussie flirting with some of the fandom members, make them official "collaborators", then threatening them with lawsuits when they don't behave the way he wants...

One thing to note is that the interview contents do not match with what Bowman has recently revealed, which means the Music Team members were hiding some drama stuff behind (which is understandable, since not many would reveal 100% about some private fandom drama to a rando Internet person)

But the main problem was he still didn't announce a line between official and fan contributor (although there absolutely was, in terms of corporate law), and didn't communicate at all about this process. We didn't know that Hussie actually made Toby the "boss" for the Music Team until now...

The first "major" fandom conflict stemmed from when Hussie began to use Toby Fox much more for music for the webcomic, leaving the rest of the Music Team to feel shafted. Which was understandable from an outsider's view since Toby was exceptionally talented and worked well with Hussie.

The gist is that during the early days of Homestuck the line between writer and fan contributor were a bit blurry, since some fans would freely get selected by Hussie to contribute to his comic (though how he did this was inconsistent and was increasingly becoming the source of fandom conflict)

For a bit more context, it had been known information that there was some kind of conflict/tension between musicians in the Music Team. Someone tried to ask this in an interview and this was the general conclusion: drewlinky.com/Drew/SPAT/re...
