They vote based on feelings and personality. They like trumps “fuck the man” attitude because they hate politicians

The thing that is most frustrating is that it’s true, yet the democrat elites don’t seem to be taking any responsibility for it. These facts prove that Harris was such an uninspired candidate that people were willing to vote against their own interests to not vote for her. It’s time to admit it.

L. E. Modesty does the opposite plot in the fall of angels. It’s about the crew of a space ship that are marooned on a planet and then discover magical powers.

Brandon Sanderson does this kinda with his cosmere universe. Tress and the emerald sea is very fantasy like but ends with a little sci-fi. Maybe not quite what you looking for but close as I can think of.

I’ll be nice and say that everyone is entitled to their opinions but this take is so upsetting to me that I can’t even articulate it.

Have you tried Elizabeth Moon. Solid sci-fi and fantasy author. Has several female protagonists series.

Tolkien's fantasy is great in spite of his overzealous world building. He has written some of the most endearing characters I've ever had the pleasure of reading and he has some of the greatest quotes of any author. The dude had a way with words.
