Single quotes ("inverted commas" as you say) are quotation marks. Quotation marks indicate quotes, not paraphrases.

I was setting up a couple domains for personal projects today and the iconolog never disappoints when i need a quick favicon.

Four square icons are arranged in two grids on a white background. On the left, the grid shows the icons at their native resolution. On the right, the icons appear at a larger scale. The icons generally adhere to a 16-color palette used by personal computers in the 1980s.

Clockwise from top left, the icons show:
