not to mention people buying more than they can afford and then start complaining when interest rates start going back up.
And the fact still remains we are still in a good position as far as the RBA's decisions goes.
As we are still far lower than 10-16 years ago.

Yes it is more complicated than that, that was kind of my point as well. I mean banks are the worst offender to this as well, they are very good at passing a full rate rise to everyone.
But will very rarely pass a full rate cut on.

And yet interest rates are still lower than, 16 years ago and more. The problem is people over borrowed past their means and now complaining cause they didn't see this coming.
