The only way to give people power to protect that is through the second amendment - the right to bear arms AND having a WELL REGULATED MILITIA.
This means, if someone is to throw their weigh around it is the duty of the American people to formulate their own militia, and do what must be done.

They’ve been using quantum computing to spy on civilians for awhile now.
Before they got the quantum computing, they utilized pseudo encryption techniques.
To listen, they can access the wires in the walls. To see; track and monitor everything else is at their disposal always has been.

Russia is no more our friend than China or North Korea. Nation-state entities have been conducting cyber war on each other that can be documented back to the 90’s easily, (probably closer to the 70’s to be more accurate).
