The relationship between the viewer and the artwork is an interesting topic to think about. There is so much we often can discover about ourselves just by looking at something. But it's hard to do with a mindset of "everything must have a logical sense"

I understand that each drawing can be dissected and studied as a collection of techniques. But the thing as an observer you can only guess is what was in the mind of an artist at the time they created their piece - because it's their subjective experience.

Not sure where to write this, but happy birthday! ✨
Your art style is still my one of my biggest sources of inspiration and I wish you to continue to discover joy in your artistic journey.

On a contrary, please do this whenever feeling like doing so. I think artistic people going on a tangent rants is one of the most interesting things to listen/read.

Huh, capturing a motivation is an interesting subject to think about.

Also reminds me of how haikus are never written not in present/future but only in the present tense. Kinda like a “screenshot of a moment” in a literary form.

The interesting part is the challenge: how to learn to trust to your own choice when you constantly being exposed to the thought “there’s always something better (to eat, to watch, to do, etc.)”

The mental focus shifted from finding at least something interesting to curation of own interests (which is equally hard as every present choice promises you something worth of your time)
