@hankgreen.bsky.social This commentary is years too late… but as I am on Ch. 9 of An Absolutely Remarkable Thing, I cannot help but wonder if you have any thoughts about how the novel is aged by the reality of Twitter’s decomposition as a platform from the relevance it was at? I love this book btw.

Truthfully the best part about Amy Muller’s presentation in Abolish Everything was the fact that she understands it is a performance. I think it’s only natural that she won, because only she preformed to that level. The entrance, exit, and midpoint were all high energy and impressive. Loved it!

Being visibly and clock-ably trans is one of those things where you know that everyone is going to pretend it doesn’t exist or be WAY too vocal about it. And it switches if you comment on behavior that is disrespectful! 💗
