It is the latter-- shaving the prefix "neo" off. Typically, it means "neoliberal," and refers to the type of Dems who recently backed Cuomo in NYC. Or at least that's the way I've used it and seen it used when someone on the left uses it.

Yeah, I thought we already knew this. I remember being told by a physician years ago that a single CT scan is the equivalent of 100+ x-rays. Typically, the risk is still pretty low, and the benefit usually outweighs the risk.

Calling this a war is a joke. This is not a war, this is a genocide. And Israel *IS* acting against the Geneva convention by starving Palestinians in Gaza. Israel has been blocking food and aid from going into Gaza.

Which "Hamas ideology"? Believing that children in Gaza shouldn't be starved? Believing that hospitals in Gaza shouldn't be bombed? These ideas are not unique to Hamas, nor should anyone calling for a ceasefire be labeled a terrorist. Free speech protects protesters. That includes students w/ visas
