Fried potatoes, an omelette and chocolate biscuits. Either Jesper was trying to make up for not being there, or it was a match made in heaven.

"Mmm..." Wylan hummed out. "I can't wait to find out."

"Dinner sounds good. As long as I can stay with you like this."

Wylan looked back up at Jesper and grinned, a slight blush dotting his cheeks along with him.

"What are you in the mood for?"

"I sure hope it is that way. And I sure hope I'm stuck with you still. Because, and I quote, 'I rather like your face'."

Wylan giggled, leaning in closer to Jesper and resting his head on his shoulder.

He looked back at Jesper with surprise. "Two new people? Either I've been taking too long, or Kaz purposely leaves me out of the loop."

That made him sigh just a little. "Well, it was lonely. And...that was about it. What you told me only made me feel the same."

"Come here!" He wraps his arms around Jesper. "What has he been making you do so much?"

"In my lab? In our room? Missing you terribly?"

"Seems like we're both late if the letter I sent reached you just now." He giggled. "Happy Birthday."

He lifted his glass to drink as he heard Jesper talking.

"I think it's a good thing he didn't use your money, then." He snarked. "Yeah, I've seen the renovations, and they're....they're....

"I'm not sure what to think of them."

"I figured I'd get you something. You left without so much as a huff."

He sat down next to him.

"What was the purpose of the drink, Jesper?"

"Here you are!"

He's got two drinks: one for Jesper, one for himself.
