Started from the bottom now we here.
A belt with a leather hole punch and a hammer, literally oriented, showing new holes added from the bottom of the image upwards. The process of making new belt holes to accommodate weight loss changes. The hole punch is pointing at the 8th hole in use now. In March, 42lbs ago, the 1st hole was in use.

Cable management in 3 perspectives.
My clean Desktop with a a book, an Elgato Stream Deck + and USB hub, a laptop with several cables attached neatly, a microphone arm with headphones, another notebook and monitor. Few cables are visible. A view underneath the desk of the floor, an HP workstation to the left, an Elgato pedal, and a small red file cabinet at an angle. 5 cable drops to the workstation and pedal unit. No cables on the floor. A look from below at the underside of the desk. A peg-board is attacched to the desk underside with wing-nuts. It is loaded with a network switch, power bar, several transformers, and cable bundles - power, network, USB. All are attached to the peg-board with cable ties. This keeps it all out of sight and off the floor.

Discount microphone arm spring silencer. LTT store dot com sent me a bonus gift of 3 shoelaces. I figured out how to use that 3rd one.
Cheap spring style microphone arm with a shoelace wrapped cross cross and inserted into the spring coils to silence the annoying sound it makes

Camera, lights, speqkers, mounts, isolated on Ikea Lack tables. Because I might pound on the desk a lot. Hockey stick for focus, light colour testing. Elgato Prompter, Studio Monitors, 4K Razer Cam. Testing camera, promoter and microphone setups on OBS. Dark Mode ftw! Testing the lighting. Getting a good 4K image without lights reflecting in the glasses is tricky. Tricky tricky tricky tricky. Just need to fix the face. Shave, eye bag masking, teeth whitening, would help.
