Obligatory not a derm but the med school debt in the USA is baaad (husband is in EM residency). Not bad enough to justify any of it ofc! His med school debt is nearing $300k for reference 😭😭😭 and the loan repayment plan we wanted to go on is all but dead thanks to the soon-to-be administration 🥲
