You are overeacting a bit here.
1 The hitboxes are fine for centepide demon. Nightreign bosses in general had good hitboxes
2 It's not hard to cut off his little baby centepides off. If you try to it take like 3-4 swings to do so and then it follows you around
3 He does have 0 new moves i think
