I bake a lot of bread and got this over the holidays. I am slowly working my way through it. Flat breads, loaf pan breads, buns/bagels/rolls, hearth breads, fancy breads and things to make with breads. I haven't had a fail yet (though today's loaf was over-proofed but still yummy).
