Since it doesn’t look like anyone’s mentioned it, and since it’s likely fewer folks watch it than the other films mentioned, please take care endorsing Holiday Inn. There may be a modern edit, but, in the original, the scene for Lincoln’s Birthday was pretty cringe. Shoe polish, etc.

Not disagreeing with your sentiment. I’m not advocating slashing spending. But this chart is a 2013 projection into 2023. I would think there is updated data which either improves this argument or refutes it, either way it’s 11 years old.
