They do provide protection from reviewbombs, it just has to be a large number in a short time that breaks the average. Look at war thunders steam profile and youll see by default they hide the review bomb done a bit ago.

Thunderpup and ChampTheOtter have some good abdl stuff at least, not sure about the sissy part though.

If you get swipe with dueling stance you can very carefully dig into positions where you're next to one turret and disarm it, usually what i do in a build like that.
