Four Greeley residents have filed a protest against the Catalyst petition, arguing that it’s “fundamentally unconstitutional.”
This was a first. I’ve never been shouted down when trying to ask a question before. But I’ll keep asking tough questions of both sides as this ballot measure heads to the polls.
The group Greeley Deserves Better delivered almost 9,000 signatures to the Greeley city clerk today. The effort seeks to overturn the financing plan for the west Greeley arena, hotel and water park.
