i've mentioned it a couple times (at least to friends) but i tend to use the BPM and the way the songs often sync with fights as cues for when to move for mechanics. i may or may not have posted complaints about songs not syncing up as nicely once people are outgearing fights lmao 😭

i will say though, ride the rhythm though was a very unique instance of hype for me because i was NOT expecting it at all and i grew up listening to a lot of disco. then the fight and music being specifically designed to sync made my whole day lmao

it's genuinely so fucking funny to me when someone just completely stops talking because they're worried they fucked up and i get to be like Brother i do not give a damn

when you first get to the churning mists and he's in awe of zenith and they're having this little interaction. gahhhh
