On October 30th, Sagrada Familia in Barcelona became the tallest church in the world (162.9 meters) surpassing Ulm Minster.

I'm looking forward to getting back and seeing it once it's complete.

If you’re visiting Barcelona, don’t miss the fountain at Parc de la Ciutadella. Kids love the giant golden chariot on top, and the whole park feels like an oasis in the city.

A perfect stop between exploring the Gothic Quarter and the waterfront.

The American Heritage Museum in Massachusetts has a great collection of WWII vehicles. This gem is a must visit if you're in the Boston area.

Most visitors to Mount Rushmore have no idea there’s a hidden chamber behind Lincoln’s head…a 70-foot tunnel meant to hold America’s “Hall of Records.” Inside is a sealed vault containing porcelain panels that tell the story of this historic site. 🏛️ Unfortunately, it’s inaccessible to visitors.

Experimenting with a change to our collectible city stickers...a little thicker border and the country flag.

Android app is still coming along. I didn’t realize how different the Play store approval process was from the App Store.

Here’s a peak as we get closer.

It wasn’t a great week for sunrises in Myrtle Beach but today was a nice start.

High tide in Murrells Inlet tonight made it a little tougher to do the Marsh Walk.

Yesterday being the anniversary of #DDay, I was remembering our trip to Normandy a couple years ago.

These photos are from Pointe du Hoc.

Army Rangers climbed these cliffs to take out a German position. The area was heavily bombed and can still be seen today.

Today, this looks like any other beach but, 81 years ago, Omaha Beach was a massacre. U.S. forces suffered over 2,400 casualties.

These brave soldiers that rushed the beach eventually pushed back the German defenses and by late afternoon, began moving inland.

We stopped by this location on the way to Dunkirk. It's crazy how huge some of these weapons were. Massive guns with the sole purpose of trying to reach England.

A6: My experience visiting cities in Italy is that they could do more. The Jewish ghetto in Rome was interesting to visit but I think for the most part, Italy wants to leave this part of its history in the past.
