Supremes 3: Not vaccinating your child is far more dangerous for them and the community than allowing the appropriate treatment for the very few that require treatment. Full disclosure: there is still debate about the long term efficacy of current treatments. But let's consider this.

Supremes 2: The biggest error is that the decision negates parental primacy in their children's lives. Unless abuse of some kind, parents can choose schooling, require certain dress or other appearance, select food, and, most importantly, refuse recommended vaccines.

The recent ruling that Tennessee is allowed to deny gender affirming care was simply wrong. Reason 1: a civil rights issue. If I have enough money, I can take my child to a more sympathetic state for treatment. If I can't afford it, then my child's civil rights have been denied.
