If Maxwell is pardoned, Trump loses all leverage over her. She can no longer plead the 5th amendment to avoid testifying under oath, and she can be imprisoned for perjury if she testifies falsely.

The Tea Party was never about the Constitution, tyranny, or the rule of law. It was about being butthurt because a black man was elected President, and spread through innumerable crazy-ass conspiracy theories.
