1) Roster. I was initially down on the change at GM but Saleh has assembled a much better roster.
2) Injuries. Early season injuries could hamper building chemistry for a playoff run.

To my untrained eye it appears Penix is throwing after someone is open rather than leading receivers open. Typical young QB.

Echoing others comments. Lifelong Hawks fan and this is baffling. He had a rough start as GM but this year was by far his best.
