Comox increase of 8.65% - plus what looks like an additional .1% for things like new bus shelters and improved beach access. - so maybe more like 8.75%
I wonder if there's an easier way to convey increases of a 1/1000 of a percent more clearly for the public? A dollar figure perhaps?
