The Comox Valley Land Trust promotes, protects, conserves, and restores the ecologically significant land, waters, and wildlife habitat of the Comox Valley, British Columbia.
Forest restoration work in qax mot (Morrison headwaters) has begun. This is our first land stewardship project and we are thrilled about this new area of endeavor for our land trust. We are seeking volunteers to help with understory restoration beginning in January.

As a result of our successful land acquisitions, we are now becoming land stewards. Our inaugural efforts are focused on improving forest health in the Morrison Creek Headwaters. An exciting forest restoration demonstration project will bring biodiversity back to third growth plantations.
