Many churches in the USA provide desperately needed services for the most vulnerable Americans while barely remaining solvent. We house & feed the homeless while doing their laundry. We stock the foodbanks. We do it anonymously and selflessly because that is what Jesus taught us to do.

Our tithes at my church constitute over $60,000 annually directly to the most needy in my community. I sit on session and see where every penny goes.
