Usually I’ll throw in Tbsp of epsom salts and open a capsule of Niacin. I’ve noticed my results after an hour are very similar to pumping for two hours. Heating pad also helps keep things toasty and warm.

I have recently been using niacin and epsom salts when I’m ball pumping. For sure I’ve noticed a difference. For anyone that does want to use niacin/Vit B3, make sure it isn’t the non flushing version.
