The cuts are NOT about “fraud and waste.” It’s to steal Congress-approved funding to pay for a new tax cut for billionaires. The 2017 Trump tax cut to billionaires expires this year. These cuts will not save anywhere near the $4 trillion the new tax cut for the ultra wealthy will cost us taxpayers
