I'm happy to say that one of my surprising successes in 2024 was to find a local critique group specifically for children's writers. I'm so happy!

I plan to read more picture books! They are a constant source of wonder to me. :)

I've attended a writing retreat in person, but never a conference. I was actually all registered for an in-person one right as COVID shut everything down. Since then it's been virtual conferences only. Maybe this is the year to step out...

Definitely a tea person! Learned to drink Red Rose with milk & sugar from my Nana & Grampy. These days it's herbal tea w/o the sugar. :)

I think my favorite is Mary Poppins.

I've done both. Sometimes, my hand can't keep up with my brain and I can't read my own writing when I go back to it. So, typing on my computer proves safer for me.
