Tried to do 30 min bugs to help learn Krita + see if I can offer bug doodles of reasonable quality. A little iffy so I'll keep practicing.

Following up on my previous bug plushes, I finally finished some new plushy concepts based on tags/comments~

May the dreams of plush phasmids, mayfly larva, vinegaroons, crane flies and dung beetles all come true <3

Posting all four of these lovely commissions together for VoxInanisSalis and her dragon quartet! Composing for each unique character was a delight, I love working in sets :3c
A more lithe green dragon, Keijo, with a dark sparkling mane and white feathery wings and underbelly. His smile is gentle and welcoming. Ore, a heavier long dragon with thicker scales and mineral veins across his earthen-colored body. An orange lion's mane adorns the neck, and his face is stern but understanding. The highly energetic orange dragon Ares, seemingly all tiger-striped neck that swirls across the image and leads to the playfully tilted head. The short mane flairs out as the toothy dragon smiles wildly in anticipation. A blue otter-like dragon Delphine, who smiles nervously and fidgets with her short claws. A blue kelp-like mane wafts around her head and down her furry spotted body.

I enjoyed the Claire a la Mode demo quite a lot, I thought the characters were really charming~

(The Leap Galaxy demo is also a lot of fun! I was hooked even after just 30 minutes of play and crave more)

The previous shrimp beast concept didn't satisfy me, a crocodilian influence feels much more interesting to me.
Loose sketches of a large shrimp-like creature. It holds its long narrow claws in front of its face, resembling the jaws of a gharial. The back half of its body has ridges like that of an alligator.

Revisited some design concepts between working on stuff.

Also finished Awakening Sarah and really enjoyed it! It's simple but not in a bad way at all- the Yume Nikki influence is palpable and I loved seeing the evolution from the first game Dreaming Sarah, with all the different worlds, secrets, usable objects and visual styles.

Cleaned a sketch.
