It was bath day yesterday. I thought “I know a picture of a wet parrot would be fun” wet parrot decides I’m dry and they can wipe them selves off on my face. Best pic I could get with a wet parrot while in my face

Happy holidays remember in this crazy hectic time of year, take a breath. Speaking of hectic parrots having baths is the new definition of crazy (I had to wait till almost dry just to get a second to photograph her lol)

Had a lovely Sunday yesterday. Nice walk in the cold air, lunch in a nice restaurant overlooking the water in Granville market and even a kingfisher hopping from boat to boat eyeing up the fish. Terrible photo though so sorry about that.

Ok, so this fog is hanging around for days now… to the point I’m waiting for giant monsters to fly into the windows. Lol.

It’s a slight cheat, I live near Stanley park in Vancouver, so I live near a wet rainforest. I can go from animals to fungi in 500m

I really enjoy taking photos of insects. I do want to take a bit of time to learn or practice with a macro lens more.

I love cooking, it’s my happy place, if I am good or not, really matters to me, but it’s not something I can take praise for, just the criticism or constructive feedback. I know others have this never good enough feeling as well. Enjoyed making doughnuts but need to try again

I haven’t seen a blue jay in the wild, but see Steller’s Jays quite often on the other coast.
