Eight days before the release of ChatGPT, I used its precursor (GPT-3) to write the intro to The Independent’s IndyTech newsletter.

It did an OK job, but seems fairly rubbish by today's standards. On the eve of the release of GPT-5, I did it again - and this time it was pretty worrying.
