Couldn’t agree more. The status quo thrives on division, which is why nothing ever changes except the topics that keep the masses arguing with each other.

Not to sound too pessimistic, but they are complicit and just playing their role to further divide the country. There is an existential threat to democracy and I don’t see any sense of urgency from Democratic leaders.
