First diagnosed in like 2006 but realistically depressed since 1999: depression sucks

Then maybe once that’s figured out I can work on my mental health and get on medication. Hopefully we can get all my health stuff managed including getting my cholesterol down (apparently it’s been high since at least 2018). Gotta try to get it down by like 30 points 😞

Also boundaries are “demands” that are stupid & should be ignored. Also all moms younger than they are (60’s, 70’s, & 90’s) are stupid & helicopter parents. Glad we only come down a couple times a year. Wish I could leave the family & go home but they’d be hell if they all had to take the train home

The baseline of my life? Nothing ever sounds good to eat or watch but I WANT to eat or watch or do SOMETHING. Very annoying sensation
