This is spot on.

Organizations are paperwork. They're contracts. Agreements with terms, at most. Paperwork is not capable of trust, no matter how many humans sign on.

How might we increase confidence in Person <> Entity contracts? Most orgs can't (won't?) introduce genuine protections soon enough.
