After a bit more tweaking, I decided that this should be a Yinglet Curus!
A yingletified Curus looking at the viewer towards the front, with a classic "thinking" pose. They are blue with pink ears, silvery hair, yellow bracers, and light blue legs with clawless stockings of a near-white blue. They wear dark brown pants. Same pose and Curus yinglet as the previous image, but from a 3/4ths angle, showing off the tail fluff (light blue) and more of the scarf.

High in the sky, a draconic critter (Curus, cloudbeast) and a robot dragon plane (AEGLE) float. Curus is noticeably round, their belly and front almost spherical, and their necksac/dewlap is completely puffed out. The cloudbeast looks down with closed eyes behind glasses and a smirk, proudly proclaiming "See! I can *levitate* too!" AEGLE meanwhile looks back to Curus, normally sized and completely baffled. It has one of its claws behind their neck, as if rubbing/holding it, and their visor displays a pixelated question mark symbol, with a "!?" above.
