This is probably a violation of the Hatch Act. Democrats need to be more aggressive in prosecuting them once in power.

That is pretty much my point.
At the end of the GW Bush term a report was generated talking about domestic terrorists and that they would be mostly Republican. It was buried after a lot of screaming and threats by Republicans in Congress.

You are probably right, but leftist are less likely to be gun enthusiasts and marksmen. It's possible this was the work of a disgruntled MAGA who felt betrayed.

It might have been discovered if Trump's loyalists were actually doing their jobs instead of firing career civil servants, forcing them to walk the streets of DC and harassing blue cities.
