This is a real threat. Don't let anyone tell you it's not. i just don't think people have realized yet the danger we are all in. They are acting like this is a politics as usual transition because they can't comprehend what has already happened. People need to wake up.

Part of the reason you may not find a Dem. Sen to do this is that they understand the depth of the power granted to the president by the Supreme Court. Trump could order a "Night of the Long Knives" purge and claim it's national security. All legal now. Trump will use this power. Biden won't.

Thank you for this. i watched the whole video and re-read Trump v. Anderson. The analysis is sound here. The problem? 1. You need a democratic senator with courage to bring up an amnesty bill, &
2. Faith in the legal system to support the legal presumptions to do it.

I totally agree. America needs a full dose of Republican rule so that even the dumbest MAGAS can see how their votes CAUSED the harms they experience. That's what happened in 2008. People saw them for who they are, and what they did with power. We need a reminder. Buckle up. It's gonna be rough.

We have known this for a while. But the Supreme Court fixed it to where no one but the Republican controlled Congress can enforce this. And they won't. So......Let's do something about it or stop talking about it.

1. They can now act openly to bar people from voting;
2. They can deport American Citizens they don't like;
3. Political assassination is legal, as long as the President orders it.
And this is just for starters.

It sure does! My real hope is that unchecked power for the Republican party will cause them to expose themselves to their constituents in ways they can't hide. Hopefully the low information voters will figure it out when they get screwed over so hard they can't ignore it.

Let's tell the TRUTH. Biden and Merrick Garland colluded to assist Donald Trump in avoiding prosecution for Jan. 6th crimes. They did it even if that meant helping Trump win the election. Hunter's pardon is Biden's reward. And the Democratic voters get screwed in the process.
