The seeds themselves are like bitter pumpkin seeds that are not fully baked. Not great but not terrible. The fruit is amazing though! Think egg white consistency to make soft jelly. Like Lychee. Very bright. Very sweet. Very tropical. Also packs a punch of energy like marathon gel.
