I think I tried Motion before Reclaim, but it ended up being too much for my needs. The AIs seem pretty good at task/calendar management.

I can’t recommend reclaim.ai enough. It’s completely changed my ability to get things done. I put my todos in, set their priority and deadlines, and Reclaim finds and blocks off time in my calendar to get them done. It accounts for my meetings and adjusts things as my priorities change.
